Physician-authored education.
Home-based wound care, Medicare coverage, and chronic disease management, written for the people who live it and the clinicians who refer.
Mobile Health Providers publishes physician-authored education on home-based wound care, Medicare coverage, and chronic disease management for patients, caregivers, and the clinicians who refer to us. Every article is written and reviewed by Dr. Wyzscx Patacxil, MD, CWSP, a Certified Wound Specialist Physician who treats homebound and mobility-limited Medicare patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities across San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange counties.
The library is organized for two audiences. Patients and caregivers will find plain-language home-based wound care education, Medicare house call resources, and practical guidance on managing chronic conditions between visits. Referring providers will find evidence-based clinical summaries on wound bed preparation, chronic care management and remote monitoring, and home-based primary care.
Whether you are a family caregiver trying to understand why a wound will not heal, or a physician looking for chronic wound care Southern California families can access at home, these resources are meant to be useful, accurate, and grounded in real clinical practice.
