Our accessibility commitment.
We want anyone to be able to use this website, including patients and caregivers using assistive technology.
Our commitment
Mobile Health Providers is committed to making mobilehealthproviders.com accessible to people with disabilities. We work to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard most often used by the public sector and healthcare organizations.
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test and improve the site as we add content, and we welcome feedback from people who use the site every day.
What we have done
- Semantic structure. The site uses proper headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can move through the page predictably.
- Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element is reachable using the keyboard. Each focused element shows a visible focus ring.
- Skip to main content. A skip link at the top of every page jumps past the navigation directly to the main content.
- Image alternatives. Photos include descriptive alt text. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers so they do not announce noise.
- Color contrast. Text colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Forms. Form fields have visible labels, required fields are announced to assistive technology, and submission confirmations are announced as they appear.
- Reduced motion. The site respects the operating system setting for reduced motion and disables transitions for users who prefer less movement.
- Responsive design. Pages reflow at any viewport size and at common zoom levels, with text remaining readable.
Assistive technology
This site is designed to work with current versions of these tools:
- Screen readers: VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack
- Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge (current and one prior major version)
- Operating systems: macOS, iOS, Windows, Android (current and one prior major version)
Known limitations
We are aware of these areas and are working to improve them:
- The embedded Google Map on the Contact page is provided by a third party. Its internal controls may not fully meet our standard. The office address and directions link are available as plain text alternatives next to the map.
- Some inline SVG illustrations have generic descriptions. We are auditing these and adding richer alt text.

How we test
We test with:
- Automated checks (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE)
- Manual keyboard-only navigation
- Screen reader walkthroughs (VoiceOver, NVDA)
- Color contrast verification
- Mobile and zoom testing
